Quick Fix

Front Fender Modification....Hillbilly Style

Tools:
  • Fender
  • Construction Paper
  • Pencil
  • Pin Wheel
  • String
  • Tape
  • Zig-Zag's (Preferably White)
  • Delta Upright Band Saw
  • Portuguese Ingenuity
  • Hillbilly Skills

Use the mounting holes as reference points for the right and left sides.

Take into account the curve of the fender and find a decent curve to trace.

Tape your paper layout together & cut to size.

Trace your paper template on the fender and use the pin wheel to score your lines.

Rub your #2 pencil across the pin wheel marks for better visibility.

Take the fender to your local wood shop.

Once cut and sanded, take your fender to a suitable location for paint, somewhere with adequate ventilation and/or minimal security.

Thanks Jimmy!
