Use the mounting holes as reference points for the right and left sides.

Take into account the curve of the fender and find a decent curve to trace.

Tape your paper layout together & cut to size.

Trace your paper template on the fender and use the pin wheel to score your lines.

Rub your #2 pencil across the pin wheel marks for better visibility.

Take the fender to your local wood shop.

Once cut and sanded, take your fender to a suitable location for paint, somewhere with adequate ventilation and/or minimal security.
